2. Three bananas
3. 125ml of exotic or orange juice
4. Three table spoon of skimmed powder milk
5. 250ml of plain yogurt
Cut apples and bananas into little parts and put in the smoothie maker.
Add your exotic juice or orange juice, skimmed powder milk and yogurt. Blend all together.
This makes about four to five glass cups of smoothie
