Feeling a little down,slight stomach discomfort or menstrual cramp and want something to ginger or should I say zinger you? lol.
Try freshly squeezed lemon juice and raw ginger. Boil ginger in water for some minutes and mix it up with your freshly squeezed lemon juice, serve hot or chill in the fridge for awhile to serve cold or just add some ice but its best you take it hot or warm if you are having menstrual cramp, cold flu, feeling a little feverish.
Ingredients for a cup of lemon and ginger drink
1 fresh lemon fruit,ginger and water.
