So I sat on my bed on a Wednesday evening on the 21st of August 2019 sipping the detox drink of ginger and lemon I made the previous night. How did I make this?


After scrapping the skin of the ginger, I cut it into tiny bits (you can choose to grate it if you want) into a glassware cup.

I added the empty squeezed lemon half to the cup, filled up the glassware of about 500ml capacity with water.

I left it in the fridge for about 24 hours (12 hours is just fine and it doesn’t necessarily have to be in the fridge)

This is a refreshing and uplifting drink especially after a long or stressful day,honestly it just made me feel good  and it helped a little with detoxifying my digestive system the following more, that little I can say about the detox part.
