Normal pancake recipe

1. 2 cups of liquid milk or 1 cup of powdered milk with 2 cups of water.
2. 1/2 cup of sugar or as much sugar as you want
3. 1 tablespoon of vanilla flavor
4. A punch of salt
5. 2 1/2 cup of flour
6. 2 large eggs

Whisk your eggs,add all liquid ingredients with sugar and then all in your flour and pinch of salt and best together.

Spiced up pancake recipe

1. 1 1/2 cups of coconut milk/or full cream milk
2. 1/2 cup of freshly squeezed orange juice or any freshly squeezed juice of your choice
3. 1/2 cup of golden syrup or as much as you want
3. 1 tablespoon of coconut flavor or condensed milk flavor
4. 1/2 teaspoon of nutmeg
5. 1 teaspoon of cinnamon
6. A pinch of salt
7. 2 1/2 cup of flour
8. 2 large eggs

Mix your coconut milk and orange juice together,flavor, and golden syrup together,add in your already whisked eggs ,add in your flour ,nutmeg and Cinnamon and beat all well.

Healthy pancake recipe

1. 1 1/2 cups of coconut milk or almond mik or either skimmed milk or 1 cup of skimmed  powdered milk with 1 1/2 cups of water
2. 3 egg white (remove the york).
3. 1/2 cup of honey
4. 1 tablespoon of coconut flavor or 1/2 table spoon of almond flavor
5. 1 teaspoon of cinnamon
6. A pinch of salt
7 .  Coconut flour or almond flour
8. 1/2 cup of freshly squeezed orange juice or freshly squeezed juice of your choice.
Same procedure as spiced up pancakes.
Note: olive oil,coconut or almond oil should be used for frying.

Important note: Pancakes require the lowest heat to fry. And they need to be poured in tiny batch at a time.  Any kind of oil can be used to fry pancake but for healthy pancakes ,olive oil,coconut oil or almond oil should be used for frying.
Non-stick frying pans can be used to fry pancakes.
