Recipe/ingredients for red wine and garlic tonic

500 gram or half a liter of a good red wine

12 cloves of garlic cut/chop in bits

Put chopped bits of garlic in a glassware or wine bottle or any glass bottle but not a plastic bottle or plastic container.

Pour the wine over the chopped garlic bits,close the bottle or glassware and leave in sunlight outside the house or the window side or anywhere in the room or house that sunlight gets through for two weeks.

After two weeks,sieve out the garlic from the wine and store the wine back in the wine bottle or glassware. You can keep the wine tonic in the fridge or in room temperature.


Take three spoons or at least two spoons of this tonic daily until it finishes. Shake well when you want to drink or take three tablespoons daily.


Benefits of red wine garlic tonic


This tonic helps a lot with weight management and belly fat because it increases or improves metabolism. I can attest to this because I tried this tonic for about three weeks last year and I observed I had a reduction in my weight. Garlic on its own helps to burn fat combining it with red wine which has resveratrol compound responsible for fat burning enhances the properties in garlic to burn fat faster.
