So I had scent leaf left from cooking stew and I always have ginger roots in my kitchen,so a thought came to me to infuse both in water for some time.
So I infused ginger and scent leaf for about 24 hours while doing that, I research the benefits of doing that and here is some of it below.
It helps with cold/cold flu,boost the immune system, helps burn a little stomach fat or basically helps with weight management among other benefits.
For me, I simply love it for the taste and I have been taking it more often since then.

You wouldn’t believe me if I told u I just did the exact thing,d only difference is I infused mine in hot water and while waiting for it to cool off I decided to check for any side effects of it..I’m currently having cold and I was just looking for something to make me feel better this night..

You are very welcome. It does help with cold flu and you cab infuse it with hot water too, hot water would make it infuse faster
