Honey garlic infusion has been an ancient practise of infusing garlic cloves with honey to use as immune booster & for every day use that requires sugar or sweetness, which makes the food or drink more medicinal naturally & in a sweet way.
RECIPE
1. Infuse 1 & ¹/² or 2 whole bulbs of pealed garlic, make sure the garlic & container is cleaned.
2. Put the garlic in a 500ml container, (you can pinch the garlics with a fork or toothpick if you want).
3. Pour honey over the garlics in the container.
Store in room temperature with no sunlight or dark place for 3 weeks to 1 month.
