Baked Moi-Moi

So I decided to try out something different/new in my kitchen today, I baked my moi-moi instead of the water boiling method and it turned out great especially with all the spices I added.
Ingredients
Washed beans
Bell pepper
Onions
Habenero pepper
Turmeric
Garlic
Ginger
Crayfish
Water
Salt
Seasoning cubes
Boiled eggs
Smoked fish
Butter
Vegetable oil or palm oil
Recipe
Grind the beans with ;
1.Onions
2. Bell pepper
3. Habenero pepper (small pepper)
4. Cray fish
Method
Add in turmeric powder, ginger and garlic powder, salt, seasoning cubes, smoked fish (cut the smoked fish into small pieces), to the blended beans mix.
Mix all to a smooth beans paste, add in two or three cooking spoons of vegetable oil or palm oil.  Add in water, just a enough water the beans mix needs,so it’s not too watery or too thick.
Grease your baking pan with butter, then pour the mixture into the pan,then add your diced eggs just on top of the mix in the pan.
